Welcome to BodyMagic, an enchanted library and magical gathering place for weaving ritual, intuition, and energy work into the life you are already living. A haven for the person who wants life to feel more alive, more meaningful, and more true to their own essence.

Maybe you have always been drawn to magic. Maybe you miss the version of yourself who had more space for creativity, intuition, beauty, and wonder. Or maybe there is a part of you that's ready to create miracles in your life.

BodyMagic is a place for letting that part of you take up space again. Through rituals, live moon gatherings, and ongoing support, you are invited to gather your magic in the middle of your ordinary, beautiful life.

I could feel that there was magic and medicine inside me, but every time I tried to bring it to life, I hit a wall.

I was creating the most incredible results helping people heal but no one knew about it… I found myself caught between wanting to feel the spark and not letting it burn me out. I wanted be able to pour into people, and more able to receive what I knew was possible for me, but I wanted to do it while keeping my family at the center. The friction was suffocating.

I kept being told that the answer was more time... "Find more quiet space," they said. Set aside more hours to devote to myself before I could move through what was in the way or feel connected to my own magic. But as a mom of five, I did not have that kind of time.

So, I tried something different.

I started weaving energy work, somatic healing, and ritual into the moments that were already there. I wove it into wild days with the kids. Into the new project I was working on. Into moments where I had been carrying too much. Into the everyday moments that most people glance over without a second thought.

They were small practices… but I quickly realized the smaller the magic, the bigger the impact.

Suddenly everything started to speed up. Instead of feeling time stretched, I found it in abundance.

And it wasn’t just me. My kids felt it, my husband felt it, my family felt it, my bank account felt it.

Magic flowed through me and one day I realized the secret: I could be fully present for the people I loved without leaving myself out of the picture… and when I did everything else expanded.

That’s the medicine of BodyMagic. It is a place for gathering the medicine that's already within you and weaving beautifully into your everyday life until one day you look up and all you see is...

MAGIC.

The BodyMagic Library

Enter the enchanted library filled with audio and video rituals, energy work, clearings, somatic practices, body based processing, and teachings you can return to whenever you need them.

You’ll also find our Medicine Cabinet full of energy healings, rituals and practices for abundance and creation, tools to help you come back to yourself in everyday moments, and tons of surprise bonuses.

This is not a library you need to complete. Some days, you may know exactly what you are looking for. Other days, you may only know that you have been holding too much, your energy feels scattered, or you’re missing your spark.

The library is there for both and continues to evolve as I add new practices based on what the community is experiencing and what feels needed in the collective.

New & Full Moon Gatherings

Every new moon, we gather live for a somatic or energy medicine ritual.

Every full moon, we gather for teaching, ritual, and individual coaching. You can bring what is happening in your life, ask the question you have been sitting with, and receive personalized support from me.

Each call is shaped by astrology, what is moving in the collective, and what is alive in the room. They are a place to pause and receive support while you gather your magic again.

The BodyMagic Community

Meet us inside our private Telegram space where you can ask questions, share what you are noticing, connect with other magical beings, and receive support between calls.

This is a place to keep the flame lit when life gets busy. Where you can stay in the vibe and be around people who understand why the relationship you have with your body, intuition, energy, and inner world matters.

You don’t need hours of free time or a perfect morning routine to make this work. The practices inside this space are designed to be woven into your day, not to overtake it.

You don’t need one particular spiritual language or set of beliefs. This is a place to deepen your own relationship with your body, intuition, God, nature, energy, and what feels sacred to you YOUR way.

You don’t need to keep up with everything inside. There is no right pace and no way to fall behind.

Stay for as long as it supports you. We have friends who have stayed for a month or two and some who have stayed for years. It's all about what fits you!
